Role Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Manager to lead ticketing operations across a diverse portfolio of live entertainment events and tours. Working closely with the Head of Ticketing and key internal and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering successful on-sales, maximising revenue opportunities and ensuring seamless ticketing operations from launch through to event settlement.

What you'll be doing:
• Lead ticketing strategy and operational planning across assigned tours to support commercial objectives and maximise revenue outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end ticketing operations including event builds, on-sales, inventory management, reporting and event delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, pricing and inventory allocation to identify opportunities and optimise ticket sales and yield.
• Oversee all ticket allocations including public inventory, VIPs, holds, partner tickets, complimentary tickets and venue requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ticketing agencies, venues, promoters, partners and internal stakeholders to support successful event outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated ticketing initiatives, premium experiences and exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll bring:
• Proven experience in ticketing operations within live entertainment, sports, venues or major events.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, inventory management, pricing and on-sale execution.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive sales performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external partners.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with confidence interpreting sales data and trends.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to perform under pressure.
• Flexible to support event operations outside standard business hours when required.
