Your New Role…

The Partnerships and Distribution Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of assigned client accounts, driving business performance, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership agreements across Warner Bros. Discovery's portfolio, including HBO Max for streaming and the linear TV offering (Kanal 5, Discovery Channel, CNN, Eurosport and more).

Your Role Accountabilities…

The role includes managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating processes, leading and/or supporting negotiations with key distribution partners. A central part of the role is to identify, assess, and develop new strategic partnership opportunities across the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Sweden.

The Partnerships and Distribution Manager will report to the Partnerships and Distribution Director and be part of the Nordics & Benelux Partnerships and Distribution team.

Skills & Qualifications…
• Proven results from successfully driving strategic partnerships, preferably within Streaming & TV or digital media
• Solid track record of leading high stake, complex partnership/customer negotiations
• In-depth understanding of and insights in the media distribution gained from position within the Streaming & TV, broadband, mobile industry or equivalent
• Relevant academic degree and credentials, preferably within Business Administration, Finance and/or Law
• Strong strategic and commercial analysis skills combined with excellent presentation skills
• Professional fluency in both English and Swedish

You are structured, analytical, and detail‑oriented-especially when working with data and commercial terms.
