THE JOB
The Executive Assistant provides executive, administrative, and operational support to the President of Live Nation Peru, helping ensure effective coordination of schedules, meetings, travel, communications, documentation, follow-up items, and day-to-day operational requirements. Based in Lima, Peru, this role serves as a key point of support for internal and external coordination and helps maintain an organized, efficient, and traceable operation across Live Nation / Bizarro Peru.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Coordinate and manage the President of Live Nation Peru's calendar, including meetings, commitments, activities, travel, and operational matters, to support effective time management and continuity of executive priorities.
• Organize internal and external meetings, coordinating schedules, participants, rooms, links, documents, and supporting materials.
• Track pending items, agreements, requests, and assigned tasks to support visibility, deadline management, and completion of commitments.
• Coordinate travel, transportation, reservations, itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics to support well-planned travel and operational activities.
• Prepare, organize, review, and maintain relevant documents, presentations, reports, communications, and files so information remains current, accessible, and well organized.
• Coordinate requirements with internal teams, vendors, Production, Administration, Finance, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate information flow and execution.
• Support administrative processes related to requests, orders, documentation, expense documentation, approvals, and follow-up of internal procedures.
• Maintain orderly and traceable records of communications, documents, contacts, commitments, and relevant matters to support continuity and timely access to key information.
• Support the coordination of company activities, events, visits, meetings, and operational needs.
• Handle sensitive strategic, commercial, financial, contractual, and personal information with sound judgment, confidentiality, and professional discretion.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with applicable procedures and instructions, supporting operational excellence, quality, and safety.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Technical, higher education, or university studies in Administration, Executive Secretarial Studies, Communications, Management, Production, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in executive assistance, administrative coordination, operational support, calendar management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Office / Microsoft 365, email, and calendar tools.
• Experience coordinating calendars and travel, managing documents, and using communication and follow-up tools.
• Intermediate English is preferred.
• Strong organization and planning, effective communication, confidentiality, professional judgment, and service orientation.
• Teamwork, flexibility, problem solving, proactivity, and strong attention to detail.
