The Client and Partner Technologies team is charted with enabling brilliant Netflix experiences on partner devices and building foundational client systems and tools. As a Product Manager for Partner Device Tools & Services, you work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to support our technical engagements and roadmaps with partners such as Samsung, MediaTek, Amazon, and regional partners like Comcast and Sky.

What You'll Own & Do:
• Own the tools roadmap - Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for internal developer tools, testing frameworks, and automation systems used by partner engineering teams
• Lead API & platform integrations - Own the strategy and execution of API integrations across platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability
• Collaborate deeply with engineering - Partner closely with internal engineering teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and ship high-quality tools that improve developer productivity and partner experience
• Drive efficiency at scale - Identify opportunities to reduce friction, automate workflows, and build scalable solutions that accelerate partner integrations worldwide
• Bridge technical and business needs - Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate partner requirements into actionable product decisions, using both qualitative insights and quantitative metrics to guide priorities and measure success

Required Skills
• Proven experience in product management of software tools and platforms - You've built and shipped internal tools, developer platforms, or services used by other engineers
• Strong technical foundation - Background in software engineering, technical product management, or leading software development projects; you can engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture and trade-offs
• Experience with software development and testing tools - Deep familiarity with building or managing test frameworks, automation tools, CI/CD systems, or developer productivity platforms
• Effective communication skills - Ability to clearly articulate business impact and technical constraints, tailored to audiences ranging from engineers to executives
• Strategic and data-informed thinking - You lean on data to prioritize, make decisions, and measure success
• Cross-functional partnership - Proven experience driving large-scale technical execution plans with measurable milestones, debating technical approaches, and building long-term scalable solutions
• Ability to balance competing interests - You can navigate consumer, partner, and business priorities while considering technical integration trade-offs

Nice to Have
• Experience with embedded platforms, operating systems, or the consumer electronics market
• Background in hardware engineering or consumer electronics development
• Familiarity with hardware development test tools and device certification processes
